My friend, Jenny (@art.of.mrs.war on Instagram) had an amazing idea to do a Rugrats palette after I mentioned in a post that the name of the shade I created with Pretties For Your Face (Rexy) reminded me of Rugrats. And I, of course, included that shade in my palette.
I took inspiration from the main characters of the show, so I labeled some of what I was thinking for who. I have to say, I'm pretty impressed with how much this reminds me of Rugrats.
